As we are getting new teams set up, I want to go over what is somewhat expected of an Aura raiding team and the responsibilities of a Raid leader.

Aura Raiding, this first and foremost means that you represent Aura FC. We do not expect people to be world first clears nor do we expect you to run everyday of the week. The main thing is the way you present yourself and your team to the rest of the server, be it going solo in a learning party or looking for a pug to fill in one night.

What I do expect:
-Open communication between the raid leader and his/her team.
-Running a reasonable amount during a week to progress through the raid.
-ABSOLUTELY no tank/heal/dps shaming. Be an adult and talk to the person with respect.
-Set your own rules within your team, such as loot rules, and make sure everyone has agreed to it.
-Represent Aura FC in a good light.

As for Raid Leaders, you are responsible for your team. You need to set rules and boundaries for the team and make sure they are followed.

What I expect from Leaders:
-Your roster is yours, I will not micro manage your team unless it is in a dire situation.
-You will need to update me regularly, at least every other week or so, about the state of progression, any problems you are having with fights or members, and any other possible topic. This can be done with the site or just on TS.
-You will need to share your strategies with the other raid leaders and offer advice if you notice a problem, we are in this together.
-Use other teams and Raid Leaders for advice. Again, we are in this together.
-If you have a member issue, bring it to me first. If the issue persists, it will be brought to the officers.
-If you need a member replaced, check the raid signups thread. If there is no one that fits your need, come to me and we can figure it out.
-There will be a dps leaderboard being kept for the 3.0 progression, you are required to submit the numbers as often as I ask for them. The numbers will not be made public and will be just be used as a reference for other Raid Leaders and yourself to spot room for improvement in members. More on this in the coming weeks.
Chi complimented Jim!!! OMG the world is ending.
