A book of advice for how to WHM this advice (most of it makes me want to throw up) and then this is ALL the advice for MNK:

In P1/2 use positionals no matter what, the monks dps is the most important of the group and you should aim for 550.

P3 use fist of wind and fist of earth during megaflare damage.
Leave the last gust adds alive at end of p3 so you keep gl3.

For P4 place Megaflare further away from Bahamut. Never ever spawn your circle behind Bahamut.
Use fist of earth when you have Earth Shaker + tether during p4.

Everything else is normal monk shit.
